Terms of Service

These terms govern all stays, bookings, and use of the VacaySee platform.

Welcome to VacaySee. By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Role of VacaySee

VacaySee is a marketplace that connects guests with independent hosts offering short-term accommodations and related services. VacaySee does not own, operate, manage, or control any properties listed on the Platform.

All lodging agreements are entered into directly between guests and hosts. VacaySee acts solely as a booking and payment facilitator.

Bookings & Payments

When a booking is confirmed, the guest enters into a binding agreement with the host under the listing description, house rules, cancellation policy, and these Terms. VacaySee facilitates payments on behalf of hosts using third-party payment processors.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and displayed before booking. VacaySee does not override host cancellation policies except where required by law.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to comply with house rules, respect occupancy limits, use properties lawfully, and leave accommodations in reasonable condition. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for accurate listings, maintaining safe and habitable properties, complying with local laws, and carrying appropriate insurance. VacaySee does not verify regulatory compliance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VacaySee is not liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, or losses arising from any stay. VacaySee’s total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for the booking at issue.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
